This CURRENT PATIENT REFILL CENTER has been put in place to make it more convenient for our patients to purchase the Natural Health Supplements that Beatrice Levinson, Naturopath has prescribed.

You have been given a the right to enter the CURRENT PATIENT REFILL CENTER because you have in the recent past completed our Symptom Survey Health Questionnaire AND have either met personally with Beatrice Levinson, Naturopath or have had a Telephone Consultation with her.
